You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any eligible item. After 30 days, we can’t guarantee a refund or exchange.
Condition of Items
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Items returned in used or damaged condition (not due to our error) may not be eligible for a refund.
