Returns Window


 You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any eligible item. After 30 days, we can’t guarantee a refund or exchange.


Condition of Items


 To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Items returned in used or damaged condition (not due to our error) may not be eligible for a refund.

2. defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us at support@luxsilq.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the item.
  3. We will provide a pre-paid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

 For change-of-mind returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@luxsilq.com with your order number, item(s) for return, and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our approval and instructions before sending items back.
  3. Ship the product to the return address provided in our approval email.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for funds to appear.

  • Final sale, personalized, or gift-card items cannot be returned.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties or import fees on returned goods.
